My mate Ruth Johnson aimed for 3 years to climb Mt Beerwah . With her vertigo and fear of heights I watched her as we climbed …. She faced those fears and took up the challenge . With a few screams and tears she did it …. At age 64. WOW!!

Fear is just an emotion ….. we can do anything we put our minds to . Next I’ll take her up Mt Tibrogargan …. She’ll smash it
